Jessica is a holistic nutritionist who believes that the relationship you have with food is a reflection of the relationship you have with yourself. She uses a root-cause and personalized approach to help you improve your gut health, emotional eating and overall mood. She also has specific interests in helping clients with insomnia, burnout & stress management. 

Jessica’s nutritional counseling services can also help you with:

  • Mood & energy support (fatigue, focus/concentration, irritability, low self-esteem, etc.)

  • Digestion (bloating, gas, constipation, sensitivities, heartburn/acid reflux etc.)

Her practice incorporates a symptomatology assessment tool to determine your nutritional needs such as potential nutrient & vitamin depletions, organ imbalances and heavy metal toxicities. Her services also include lifestyle & mindset coaching, meal plans & recipe books focused on whole foods, and supplement recommendations when needed. 

Jessica became a Certified Nutritional Practitioner from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition. She also holds an honours Bachelor in Health Sciences from the University of Ottawa. Her credentials and experience allow her to have a bio-psycho-social approach to health; meaning that she considers your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. 

Jessica speaks 4 languages (English, French, Arabic and Spanish) and loves to explore the Latin culture, hence her minor in Spanish during University. She enjoys to go out dancing, Latin social dancing and swimming as her favorite forms of exercise. She enjoys reading books on holistic health, psychology, spirituality, consciousness, self-help & self-development.
